Our return policy is a 60-day money-back guarantee.

At Eco Earth Brands, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to have a full refund. This guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please include your order number and full name. Our support staff will provide you with a return authorization if your claim is valid. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a full refund of your purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover products that have been modified, misused, or damaged after delivery. Items purchased on clearance or during special sales events may also be exempt from this guarantee.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
